What can I fit into the WALLET?

The wallet fits up to 10 cards, folded banknotes, and some coins or small items in the front pocket.

How do I care for my WALLET?

Nitmoi's products have been designed to last, and need little care. For full care instructions, check out the Care & Repair section.

What's the warranty on the WALLET?

We offer a 5 year warranty on our products with normal daily use. Nitmoi products are built to last. We only use premium European leather, high quality buttons and rivets, and the design excludes feeble stitching. For more details, check out Terms & Conditions.


How are your products sustainable?

Most leather products are held together by glue or stitching. We eliminated this through design and the selection of appropriate materials. This results in a product that lasts and does not need to be replaced every season. 

Our premium vegetable tanned leather is treated without any chemicals for several reasons. It will keep the wallet in shape without the need for traditional chemical reinforcing additives. And it will age with a beautiful patina over the years.

The core of our wallet is the pull-tab system. This simple piece of reinforced tarp is made out of leftover material, but gives durability to the wallet.

All parts are sourced in Europe, each element is carefully selected and finally handcrafted into a beautiful wallet in our sustainable build studio.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Our packaging is made out of sustainable grass cardboard, certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The cardboard is made out of 30%-50% grass, recycled paper, or FSC wood. 90% less water and 65% less proces chemicals are used during production, in comparison to regular cardboard.

What does climate neutral shipping mean?

We ship climate neutral, which means we offset the carbon emissions associated with transporting your product to you. We do this by supporting certified forest initiatives through, which offsets the climate impact.


Can I adjust or cancel my order?

You can only adjust or cancel your order if we haven't processed it yet. Send an email to, and we will confirm whether we can still make any changes to your order. If we have already shipped your order, you may return the item(s) by following the return procedure.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

You can use the discount code in the checkout form.

I can’t place an order, what should I do?

Most technical issues can be resolved by clearing the browser’s cache and cookies. Or by trying another device and/or browser. If this still doesn't resolve your issue, please contact us at with as many details as possible, and we will look into it.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide free shipping. Check out the shipping section for more details.

Can I track my order?

For orders in the Netherlands, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your delivery. For all international orders, this won't be possible. Please keep in mind that all our items are shipped in a letterbox package, which will fit in your mailbox and does not require you to be at home to receive it.

What is the delivery time?

We ship the items within 1-2 business days, and depending on the destination, it will take some time for the postal service to deliver it. Please see the shipping section for more details about the estimated delivery times.

Do I need to pay customs fees?

For international customers outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country. The buyer pays for such additional costs. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these specific additional costs might be for your order.


Can I return a product?

If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days of receipt by sending a return request to Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs. For the full return/refund policy, go to Shipping & Returns.

My product is damaged, how do I return it?

We are sorry your product was damaged, and we will take care of it. Please see the full return instructions at Shipping & Returnsto read how you can send back your damaged product.

What's the maximum time to return a product?

You have to notify us within 14 days after receiving the product, and returning it within 30 days.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, you can return a gift, but be aware that the refund will go to the person who originally purchased the gift. It is not possible to refund the money to a different bank account. Go to Shipping & Returns for the return instructions.
