All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being passed to the courier for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email from Nitmoi once your order has been received, and again when your order is shipped. Contact regarding any questions about shipment.

Taxes & Customs

For international customers outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country. The buyer pays for such additional costs. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these specific additional costs might be for your order.


Articles bought on are fully returnable and refundable within 30 days of receipt. The right to return an item can be invoked for any reason. In order to return the goods, they must be in their original packaging and in an unchanged condition. If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 30 days of receipt by sending an email to

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs. We do not reimburse any import duties, taxes, and other fees paid by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
