Terms & Conditions Workshops
Nitmoi has the right to move or cancel the workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as illness of the speaker). In that case, the participant may move or cancel free of charge, and the participant will receive a refund of the participation fee if he or she cancels.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the participant due to illness or other reasons, the following conditions and associated costs apply:
- Within 3 days of registration: free of charge
- Up to 14 days prior to the workshop: 25% of the price
- Within 14 days until the workshop: 50% of the price
Cancellation of a confirmed and prepaid workshop can only be done by e-mail via support@nitmoi.nl. In the event of cancellation, the remaining amount will be refunded within 8 working days.
Replacing the participant is always possible and free of charge. Please contact us by emailing support@nitmoi.nl.
In the event that the participant wishes to reschedule his workshop date free of charge, this must be communicated to Nitmoi at least 3 weeks before the start date of the workshop. In that case, please contact support@nitmoi.nl.
Intellectual property
The information and techniques discussed during the workshop, as well as the Nitmoi design/patterns, may not be copied for commercial use but may only be used for the production of 1 bag during the workshop. Nevertheless, copying the intellectual property/designs/patterns for commercial use will result in criminal prosecution by Nitmoi.
